- Candidates are prohibited from recording, copying, or distributing any part of the interview.
- Ensure a stable internet connection, a functioning webcam, and a quiet environment.
- Provide truthful and accurate responses. Any impersonation or misconduct may lead to disqualification.
The AI interview is conducted to evaluate candidates’ communication, analytical, and behavioural skills. Responses may also be reviewed by human recruiters.
- ElevateMeAI provides AI powered mock interviews, assessments, and practice tools.
- You may use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Misuse such as reverse engineering, spamming, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
- Free trials and paid plans are available as outlined on our pricing page.
- Subscription fees are billed according to the chosen plan.
- Payments are processed securely via third party providers.
- Refunds are not issued for partial subscription periods.
- All software, features, content, and branding belong to Bitsoft International Inc.
- You are granted a limited, non exclusive license during your subscription.
- Copying, modifying, or distributing content without permission is prohibited.
- AI is used to generate insights from your responses.
- Insights are for training or preparation only, not guarantees.
- By participating, you consent to AI based data processing.
- Data including audio, video, and text is stored securely per retention policies.
- Report issues immediately through support.
- Bitsoft is not liable for disruptions caused by device or connectivity problems.
- The Service is provided “as is.”
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before a claim.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
- Upon termination, data may be removed per retention policy.
