Refund Policy

At ElevateMeAI, our goal is to provide candidates with powerful tools to practice, prepare, and improve their interview performance. Because our services involve instant access to digital content and AI powered practice modules, refunds are handled with the following guidelines:

1. Subscription Plans
  • All subscriptions provide immediate access to digital features, interview practice, and analytics.
  • Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time once a subscription period has started.
2. Money Back Window for New Users
  • If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase for monthly or annual plans, provided you have not completed more than two mock interviews.
  • After this period or usage threshold, subscriptions are nonrefundable.
3. Renewals and Cancellations
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance.
  • You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund the current billing cycle.
4. Technical Issues
  • If you are unable to access the platform due to a verified technical issue on our side, and we are unable to resolve it within 7 business days, you may request a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
5. No Guarantee Disclaimer
  • ElevateMeAI provides mock and practice interviews only.
  • We do not guarantee actual job placement, employer interviews, or employment outcomes. Refunds cannot be requested on the basis of job results.
6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@elevatemeai.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Email associated with your account
  • Proof of payment such as transaction ID or receipt
  • Reason for requesting a refund

We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
